30 Day Return Policy

The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. All items returned must be in original and unused condition and include all accessories. Southern Mobile Home & RV Supply reserves the right to request identification and/or to deny any return.

We accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days from the original date of purchase except on non-returnable items. See section for non-returnable items below. All returns require a proof of purchase in order to accurately refund your original purchase price.

Proof of Purchase

For all store purchases, the cash register receipt serves as proof of purchase for items bought at either the Lake Charles or Sulphur store. If approved, the item will be returned for the purchase price.


Refunds for items returned will be made by crediting the original method of payment if proof of purchase is provided. Purchases made by check may have a 14 day hold or a store gift card can be issued.

 Non-returnable Items

Non-returnable items include freight, delivery services or items that are damaged and/or used.

Special Order Products that are not restockable to the manufacturer are non-returnable.

Opened electronics (anything with power source) can be exchanged for the identical item, but no refunds.

Restocking Fees

If you return an unopened item that we regularly stock, we will not charge any restocking fee. All items must be returned in the original and unused condition.

Our manufacturers charge us restocking fees for items returned. Therefore, on Special Order Products, we will pass on the cost of these restocking fees. We will do our very best at returning the item to the Manufacturer and will only charge our customers the cost of these restocking fees.

 For opened items, we may charge restocking fees. If the item is defective, no restocking fee.

 A restocking fee may be charged on anchor materials, concrete blocks and skirting if more than 20% is returned.
