Returns & Stocking
All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories. Rvjunky reserves the right to deny any return. Return forms must be filled out for all returns and an RGA must be issued or the returned item will be denied. All items must be returned in the original and unused condition. All Returns are freight paid by the customer.
90 day return period
We accept returns or exchanges 90 days from the original purchase. No returns will be accepted over the 90 day period. Please review the exceptions below. All items must be returned in the original and unused condition.
31-90 day return period
We accept returns 31-90 days from the original purchase unless otherwise noted. These returns will be issued a store credit only. All items must be returned in the original and unused condition.
30 day return period
We accept returns or exchanges 30 days from the original purchase unless otherwise noted. All items must be returned in the original and unused condition.
Non-returnable items
Non-returnable items include freight, delivery services or labor, items that are damaged, abused, and/or used. Opened electronics and electrical items (anything that has a power source or can be powered) can be exchanged for the identical item (if covered under warranty by the distributors and is determined defective) but cannot be returned for a refund. Special Order Products that are not able to be restocked to the manufacturer are non-returnable (includes but not limited to special ordered doors, windows, parts).
Restocking fee
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all opened items unless item is determined defective by the distributors. A restocking fee of 25% plus shipping (if applicable) will be charged on Special Order Products that are able to be restocked to the manufacturer. All items must be returned in the original and unused condition.
Advertised Merchandise Policy -
It is our firm intention to have every advertised item in stock. Occasionally, however, an advertised item may not be available for purchase due to unforeseen difficulties. We have done our best to ensure all information in this ad is accurate and up-to-date. Errors and omissions occasionally occur and are subject to correction without notice.
