Rvjunky Return Policy

Your original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories. Rvjunky reserves the right to deny any return. Return forms must be filled out for all returns and an RGA must be issued or the returned item will be denied. All items must be returned in the original and unused condition. All Returns are freight paid by the customer.

90  day return period
We accept returns or exchanges 90 days from the original purchase. No returns will be accepted over the 90 day period. Please review the exceptions below. All items must be returned in the original and unused condition.

31-90  day return period
We accept returns 31-90 days from the original purchase unless otherwise noted. These returns will be issued a store credit only. All items must be returned in the original and unused condition.

 30  day return period
We accept returns or exchanges 30 days from the original purchase unless otherwise noted.  All items must be returned in the original and unused condition.

Non-returnable items
Non-returnable items include freight, delivery services or labor, items that are damaged, abused, and/or used. Opened electronics (any thing that has a power source) can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund. Special Order Products that are not restockable to the manufacturer are non-returnable (includes special sized doors and windows).

Restocking fee
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all opened items unless defective. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on Special Order Products that are restockable to the manufacture. All items must be returned in the original and unused condition.

 Rebate policy
Any product that was purchased when a rebate and/or sale was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount. Unless noted otherwise, all rebates are limited to one per product, per household or address.

Promotional items
Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.

Refund method
Refund will be in the same form as original purchase. Check purchases will have a 14 working day waiting period.

Personal data on returned or exchanged products
Please remove all personal data from any returned or exchanged products. Rvjunky is not responsible for any personal data left on or in a returned or exchanged product.
